    Probably The United States. The people complain all the time about their politicians, but fail to realize who put them in power.

    While it's popular to attribute this sad quality to the U.S., it's actually not possible to quantify or qualify such a ranking. Certainly so long as the U.S. persists in giving any credibility to the ridiculous Orange Fraud it allows to masquerade as its "president", it's going to be held in popular contempt. However, consider that a larger percentage of damned fools in the U.K. supported the absurd "Brexit" notion than who voted for the O.F. in the U.S. The closer the U.K. gets to making that notion a reality, the greater the likelihood becomes of the U.K. stealing the title from the U.S.
