why did my dish bill go up 40 dollars a month?????

    Often you enroll and for the first year or two is an introductory rate. That period likely just expired, therefore the price increase.

    Most likely your "introductory rate" expired.

    All satellite and cable providers suck.

    I haven't paid for TV service since 2002,

    and I never will again if I can possibly prevent it.

    Ours did too. We’re planning on switching to cable. At least then we can get HBO again.

    Tried chatting with Dish network about the price increase and they didn’t have any answers and told us to call an “account specialist.”

    Possible charges for channels you didn't want or they raised the price without telling you. Id be calling your local Dish provider and asking bout it
