I’m 32 yrs old, athletic, and I’m thinking of getting back to play rugby. Is being 32 yrs old too old to play rugby?

Sports are always a fun way to exercise, beats running or jogging heh.

Why not? Sorry man your probably too late for professional, I'm 23 so there's still hope for me, the other 30+ year old are the leaders of our team anyway, training us, motivating us, keeping us in place. It's a game for everyman.

As long as you are fit condition to play, you should be good.
