Depends on what country they're coming from. But at least 10 years in even the easiest cases.

Depending on your sibling's citizenship, it currently takes 13-25 years before Priority Date becomes current so that they get interview appointment, etc. Until very, very recently, it was 15-25 years, but it seems a few countries are a bit more caught up at the moment. Priority Dates could regress again, even in within the next few months. So whatever current Priority Dates are running, by the time you file a petition & get a Priority Date, and that Priority Date is finally approaching, it could be back to 15 years - or up to 16, 18, or more. It's going to be a very, very long time!

It depends on the nationality of the sibling, which you don't say.

It will depend on how many applicants are ahead of you.

    Good luck 👍🏻

Trump is doing away with serial migration. Don't hold your breath.

      No he's not
His proposal would only reduce the numbers not eliminate them
Currently the breakdown is something like 76% chain migration, 10% asylum and the remaining 12% the lottery or merit based
Trump wants 45% merit based, 45% family and 10% reserved for legitimate asylum seekers
