N. Korea has tested a new type of missile while sending love letters to Trump. At least they stopped working on their nuclear weapons right?

The difference now is that North Korea isn't targeting the United States anymore. They are just developing a strong army in hopes of gaining territory from surrounding countries like South Korea, China, Russia, and Japan. While this isn't something to celebrate, it does take the monkey off America's back, except that America has to protect South Korea. Therefore, diplomacy isn't finished between US and NK.

There has been nothing signed, nothing given from either side, no pallets of money nor sanctions lifted prior to any type of deals done. Conversations have happened, opened the doors for future communications.

Would you have preferred lifting sanctions prior to signing an unenforceable agreement?

"The only thing different between Trump and all the presidents before him on this issue is Trump keeps his enemies close." While pushing away our friends...yeah, that's not the saying
