Are these sentences correct?
She has to study German.
She doesn’t have to study German.
He likes to live alone.
He doesn’t like to live alone.
I need to buy a magazine.
I don’t need to buy a magazine.
I have to get up at 6:00 tomorrow.
I don’t have to get up at 6:00 tomorrow.
It opens at 9:00 o’clock.
It doesn’t open at 9:00 o’clock.

The sentences are all correct, but there is no need to go to so much trouble over writing the time.
It's enough to say: "I have to get up at 6 tomorrow".
"It opens / doesn't open at 9 o'clock", OR "at 9:00".
Don't write both. And add 'am' or 'pm' only if it's necessary for clarity.
