Weight lifting/Workout for better Jiu Jitsu?
I'm trying to find a good gym regiment that compliments my Jiu Jitsu. I find Crossfit doesn't give me the strength I'm looking for, and lifting heavy makes my muscles too tight/too tired when I roll. Does anyone have any recommendations or programs that they use off of the mat?

Do heavy, but don't really go above say 70% max and see how that goes.
