If you work out and eat a healthy diet, can you still consume stuff like pizza, wings, ice cream, and alcohol once a week?

You can do whatever you want, but eating a bunch of junk is unhealthy, causes blood sugar spikes and hinders weight loss. It can also cause inflammation and water retention

Do everything in moderation!
It is completely fine to have a pizza night, eat some chicken wings and ice cream 1 week. It is also fine to have a few beers once a week as long as the rest of the week was healthy eating and you were working out.
But if once a week, you smashed out a tub of icecream, have a large amount of beers and binge eat on pizzas etc. Even if it is once a week, that takes a big toll on your metabolism.
Do everything in moderation :)

There's nothing wrong with indulging yourself. So long as your overall lifestyle and diet are balanced enough to keep you healthy, you can enjoy stuff that's not healthy in moderation. Just stay aware of what it is you're putting into your body and how much of it (eg: it's ok to consume alcohol a couple of times a week, like having wine with a meal or some beer with friends, it's not ok to get black-out drunk every Saturday even if it only happens once a week). A little sugar and fat won't kill you and will make your life more enjoyable.

It does not matter, at all, where the calories are coming from. All that matters is how many calories you consume, and how many calories you burn.
