Stir all together, adding a touch of olive oil [if needed].
You could add some baby spinach or chopped sun dried tomatoes [if liked]
Buy salad vegetables, lettuce, tomato, red onion, cucumber, radishes et cetera. Wash, pat dry, chop and throw into a bowl. Add a little grated carrot and a fistful of shelled peas to this bowl for a little variety.

Chop some lettuce. Done.
But for an actual salad (which is easy anyway) just chop some lettuce, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, sugarsnap peas, red onion if you want.
And for a dressing; either balsamic vinegar and oil and some dried herbs. Or wholemeal mustard, some honey and oil. Both are nice and easy dressings, but by no means are they the only ones. You usually want 2 parts oil and 1 part everything else.
