Could a person who has the ability to heal someone get arrested if they refuse to heal others?

Like let’s say a person has the ability to heal others from sickness and injury. If that person refuses to heal someone with cancer knowing they will die is that murder in a way?

  • It's illegal to practice medicine without a license. Even if you can do so, you must refuse.

No civilian (in America) is obligated to help others.

If you are talking about say a doctor the emergency room is obligated to stabilize you. Other than that, they are not obligated.

Yes. Doctors that refuse to save a life, or refuse to attempt to save one, can lose their medical license and go to jail.
