    Sentence is correct.

Term unsubtitled does not exist but the prefix 'un' means not so you could create this as a new word. Then the sentence would read; "I understanding that seeing an un-subtitled English-language film can be difficult, but after seeing a few films you will get used to it."

In English we would hyphenate to show you were creating a new word. In American you would not.

Apple, I have notice lately that people seem to be giving you deliberately wrong answers on purpose. Maybe they are tired of your submitting so many questions?
