Yo fill out a form if you want to have tax taken out. But what you owe depends on what other income you, and your spouse if married, have. Could be zero, could be tax at whatever your rate is, on up to 85% of it.

Nothing unless you ask them to by filing a form W4P.

How much do you want taken out? By default, nothing. If you will owe income tax because of your other income, yo may file file W-4V to withhold the tax from your Social Security.
