How to get citizenship in Sweden ?

The same way you get citizenship in pretty much any other country on the planet. You qualify for an immigrant visa, and after you've lived there for at least 5 years and have become yourself so Swedish that you'd never want to live anywhere else and naturalization is only a logical last step, you apply for it.

Know that any Swede who can afford it leaves Sweden in the winter months 'cause it's so unbelievably cold there. Many live in Spain or Italy, others in the United States.

The hard part is qualifying for legal permanent residency status. Until you obtain that, there's no way to obtain Swedish citizenship. After obtaining legal permanent residence, you must reside in Sweden for a minimum of five consecutive years, and meet additional requirements before you can apply for citizenship.
