when i get really upset or stressed out, i go into these episodes where i feel no emotion, i dont feel sad or happy. Usually, when i look at my boyfriend I feel love or if someone i hate i feel hate but when this happens i just see people as a body and have lost all emotional connection with everything including myself. My body feels extremely heavy and tired, and everything feels hazy and its like ive lost my touch with reality. I eventually come out of it, but it really stresses out people around me especially my boyfriend who gets really stressed. I was wondering if anyone has these experiences and knows what to do because this is really effects my life, thank you.
