    baking soda dissolved in water works best--that and eating a diet that is low in acid.

    But you can take drugs to keep it under control. I have been on them for years.

    If you are referring to acid reflux in humans, then the answer is yes, it can be, but only by surgery. You can use proton pump inhibitors or H2 blockers to reduce the acid production, but this is not a "cure".

    Eating dried coconut pieces whenever you feel acidity help reduce the problem. Give comment if it works for you
