How do I stop getting mad when I get "killed" during a board game?

Sometimes my family and I go to a friend's house after church to play a board game with her and some other people from our church. I am very competitive, so I get irritated when I get sent back home to start, or when I lose the game. How can I learn to just enjoy the game with my family and friends instead of being a sore loser?

Make a conscious decision to be less aggravated, and eventually you'll learn to stop getting so angry and staying calm will come naturally.

You need to learn to control your emotions. Meditation and breathing excercises can help with this.

Play it like for fun not as competition or something. Relax and enjoy instead of concentrating on winning etc
