can i bring scissors on a airplane?

    You can bring scissors on an aircraft. If brought as carry-on the length has certain restrictions. (4 inches or less from pivot to point.) See link.

    YES, you can - there are some limitations to scissors in the carry-on bag though.

    Depends on the length of the blades. I travelled for years with a tiny pair whose blades weren't more than one and a half inches. Nobody ever even glanced at them.
