Under a specialist's supervision, you are advisable to do so. You're just 14, you are not a dietitian or a doctor. Just eat real foods and avoid crappy things. Sleep well, exercise and stay relaxed.

At age 14 you should only be intentionally losing weight under medical supervision.
You should be aiming for good nutrition rather than calorie counting
Dieting before you have teached adulthood can lead to long term health and development problems..
