Suppose that a block is pulled 16 meters across a floor. What amount of work is done if the force used to drag the block is 22 N?

    Given,

    Distance (d) = 16 m

    Force (F) = 22 N

    Work done (W) =?

    We know that:

    Work Done (W) = Force (F) x Distance (d)

    = 22 N x 16 m = 352 Nm

    ∴ Work done (W) = 352 Nm
