I need diet ideas?

So I know how to eat a well balanced diet for the most part I just eat out almost every day at a local market and it’s getting pricey. Issue is, I rent a room and don’t have a refrigerator so I can’t meal prep or really cook anything unless I cook it within 20 minutes of buying it. Does anyone have any ideas for non perishable foods/non refrigerated foods that I can eat for a balanced diet.

    This is a meal plan I use for camping. The only things that need refrigeration are the steak, and butter. I use a cooler chest but a tiny refrigerator would be more convenient. .

    BREAKFAST:

    oatmeal, raisons, apple, peanut butter

    LUNCH:

    whole wheat bread

    avocados

    orange

    SUPPER

    Steak

    Sweet potato, brussels sprouts, butter

    pineapple
