What damage could happen to your feet if you stomp your feet as hard as you can?

You can sprain your ankle or strain your Achilles tendon and/or any of the muscles in your leg. You can bruise your heel or get bursitis (damage or burst the bursa sac). You could, I suppose get plantar fasciitis if you do it a lot (that is more of an over-use injury but you could get it traumatically). In other words there are a lot of things that could potentially go wrong. But having said that your feet and legs are pretty strong and you would have to do a lot of pretty hard foot stomping and/or have weak muscles, joints, or bones to do a lot of damage.
