Will wheat flour disolve in water faster if you add salt (or what else can you add to it to make it disolve faster)?
I need this information for cooking.

Looks like a trick question answer is neither
"When any substance is added to water, there are two possible outcomes:
A solution-e.g. sugar and water
A suspension-e.g. sand and water
Flour is not dissolved by water, therefore it becomes suspended in the water as long as it is agitated. When agitation ceases, the suspended flour will settle to the bottom of the container."

Wheat flour does not dissolve. Fine flour will become suspended in the water, but if you mix it and let it sit, the flour settles down to the bottom after a while.
Salt makes no difference. Salt DOES dissolve in the water. It dissociates in the polarity of the water molecule.

mix the wheat flour with a little water into a smooth paste you have to beat the lumps out till it is smooth you can add more water till you can pour it in your bowl or sauce pan of water stirring all the time it will dissolve in I do it with milk for pancakes ,good luck
