How do you deal with coworkers who micromanage you instead of doing their own job?

I flatout tell them to mind their own business and to stop bothering me or I will go to the supervisor/manager. I also tell them that how I do my job isn't their concern. In order to get through to people sometimes you have to be rude because it's the only thing that works.

I taunt them and ridicule them until they're too embarrassed to continue. Sometimes it takes a while, but they always get it eventually.

Speak to your supervisor about them.
If no change occurs, speak to Human Resources about the problem.
A change WILL occur. Maybe your boss will be changed too.

I wish there was a recipe. The best I could do was to quit my job.

I would say something.

You ignore them and do your job the way you were instructed by your boss or supervisor.

I yell at them. It usually works.
