Will my visa debit card work on holiday in Venice? I am from UK.?

    It will in some ATMs but there will be a fee for using it.

    THEY WILL SORT THINGS OUT i was a coach driver warning DON'T TRY BRINGING DRUGS

    THEY ARE SPOT ON IF YOU DO BRING ITS JAIL TIME no work place when you get back

    You Must inform your bank. Mine was blocked in New York as I didn't inform them.

    Yes

    It's worth telling your bank you're going abroad (some may put a hold on your card for unexpected activity), but you'll probably be fine

    Yes 'visa' is accepted in the majority of the worlds countries, certainly is in Italy...just inform your bank before you go otherwise they may put a hold on your card the first time you use it as it is not 'normal' for that card to be used elsewhere, so banks assume the card has been stolen and is being used
