Is a pulsing in my stomach definately an Abdominal aortic aneurysm?

I don't have any of the symptoms "a sudden severe pain in the abdomen, back or lower back area

feeling cold, clammy, sweaty, faint and breathless

loss of consciousness"

Only a visible heartbeat in my stomach

I also have diastasis recti which is also common with AAA

No, The aorta is large and in thinner people you can see it pulsing and feel it even. With diastasis its more prominent without the usual covering.

    Absolutely NOT.

Your abdomen normally pulses. Your descending aorta is in there, it's huge, of course it's going to pulse.

You would never ever have an aortic dissection or ruptured aneurysm without severe, constant and sudden pain.

If you're very concerned, go see a doctor. But schedule an appointment, this is not an emergency, I suspect that if you go to an emergency room with these symptoms, they're going to assume you're a loon.

You have a nerve in spasm close to a blood vessel. Relax and it will go away.
