Are you a scientist, or are you a cook?
As a scientist, or people that do not love food, look in botany and say that "a fruit is the seed-bearing structure in flowering plants."
As a cook, and a normal person, we know there is vegetable and animal (and ignore fungi and yeasts etc..)
ALL of the vegetable matter we eat are vegetables or fruits depending on if it is sufficiently sweet.
Strawberries are swollen stems, not fruits. Tomatoes, cucumbers, etc. and not sweet and are eaten as vegetables, even though they are called fruits in botany.
So.... Do you want to know it a fruit is because it has seed inside,
or do you want to know if it is a fruit because it is sweet?
