Where should a copy of an e-mail I received that I believe to be "fishing" but says it's from yahoo mail and my account will be locked?

    You don't report it to anyone. Mark it as spam and delete it.

    You don't. Tens of thousands of those are sent by scammers every day. Yahoo knows all about it. If you look at the details of the headers and links, you will see they are not from Yahoo at all.
