Why does Islam have so many rules about peeing?

After urinating, the organ must be washed 2 times. For defecation 3 pieces of paper can be used, but not for urination (water is required). Need permission from owner of the toilet (wtf). Can't face Qiblah or have back to Qiblah when urinating.

Like seriously, the rest of the world doesn't give a second thought about it. With so many rules, peeing should've just been prohibited completely.

Normal people clean themselves properly the first time. People with OCD, like Muhammad, repeat actions unnecessarily.

Society back then was very different when Islam was written there are some things that you can follow now but there are many things that you need to leave out from the Quran now.

Most of these rules were formed to promote general health and sanitary conditions. While they may sound foolish or stupid in today's modern settings, they were probably quite necessary when they were first established several THOUSAND years ago.

Keeping the "down-there" clean isn't important now?
