How does a 14 year old inflexible girl become flexible?
Whenever I try to do the splits, backbends, and even touch my toes, my lower back hurts, the back of my knees hurt, my inner thighs hurt. Please tell me how I can become more flexible.

Why are you trying to do things WAY before the body is ready? Like anything else you do things slowly, one step at a time. You google stretching exercises for beginners. There is no such thing as wave a magic wand and your flexible.

Start exercising and go to a gym, you ******* fat ***.
