    It's not a coin. It's just something that looks like a coin. It's not a fake, because for something to be a fake, an original must have first exited to copy from. Nothing like this ever existed while Constantine lived from 272 to 337 AD - centuries after what this thing is pretending to be.

    It's what is known in numismatics as a 'fantasy coin'.

    While the name is Constantine the 0 BC suggests it's a fake coin.

    That is unfortunately a fake. 0 BC is not a date that would ever have appeared on a coin.
