If it got rid of Putin, Russia could be a super power again. That man is an idiot.

Not hardly.
At best, Russia is a declining power with a shrinking population. It also lives off of natural resources in the same way that poor, third world countries do. That's not exactly a formula for success in today's world, is it.

It is a superpower. In Olympic at least.... Also if they can manufacture cars, they can be a superpower.

I mean...it depends how you define it. Russia has enough nuclear weapons that they ARE in a very real way a superpower. However, their ability to project conventional military power is VERY limited compared to the US. So if superpower to you means being able to project power abroad, no, they don't really have that and they aren't going to anytime soon.
But they do have some weapon systems that could make life challenging for the US. The S400, it is said, is capable of detecting and shooting down the F35...though maybe not the F22. Hypersonic missiles may be able to penetrate the air defense networks of US carrier groups. Emphasis on MAY, because honestly no one knows.
But across the board the US is well ahead of Russia on so many levels that these sorts of 'area denial' weapons are nothing like the kind that would make Russia a superpower.
