Asia is the largest of the continents with three fifths of the people of the world in forty eight countries stretching from Turkey to Timor Leste. It has people of all shapes and sizes and with every possible shade of skin colour from palest to darkest. The USA classifies tens of millions of Asians as "white".
Five countries, Turkey, Russia, Georgia, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan sit astride the border between Europe and Asia, which is entirely human artefact anyway. The people on the European side of the border are exactly the same as those across the street on the Asian side. If Europeans are "white" then the people across the road are also "white". People do not change colour at borders.
Russia and Kazakhstan share borders with China. Russians and Kazakhstanis are "white" as we have already demonstrated. As people don't change colour at borders, this means that the Chinese are "white" too.
Your question makes no sense at all.
