    BHP means Brake Horsepower dumbass.

Brake Horsepower measures the HP of an engine without considering the loss in power that is caused by some parts of the engine, like the generator, gearbox, water pump and other auxiliary parts. You cannot calculate it of you don't know what these losses are. It is best measured rather than calculated.

The manufacturers publish BHP for all cars all over the world.

You don’t, as there’s no such thing as “British Horse Power”.

BHP means “Brake Horse Power”. To calculate that you put the vehicle onto a dynamometer (rolling road), set the throttle/accelerator/gas pedal to produce a particular constant engine RPM and then measure the BHP at that particular setting.

Take enough readings at different RPM settings and you can plot a power output curve. The peak of the curve will show the RPM setting at which BHP is highest.
