Will the Dem candidates for president stick with Cortez for direction or will they switch to Omar?

Omar's favorability rating is 9%. Only a really foolish candidate would take her seriously.

Neither. Cortez is unpopular with the moderate majority, and Omar hates America and, IMO, a blatant psychological abuser. Right now they're great to have at the front of the Democrat party because we aren't in the election period yet and both are appealing to the anti-Trump far-left. But when push comes to shove and the Democratic party's power is even more threatened than it is now, both will get pushed out of the way for someone who can win the majority vote. If the Dems stick with the two, they'll quickly change their minds when the moderate majority says "no, we like living and keeping our paychecks...we'll vote for someone else".

Once the primaries are done the candidate will race toward the center because that's the only way to win a national election in the US.
