My blue state has issued funding to afford one million hours of outdoor adventuring intended for kids of poverty level Citizens; did yours?
Funded by state revenue. Because citizens elected people to respect all citizens.
Not just the 1% that purchased their politics. State revenue come from exports
of agriculture, industry, and port facilities of taxed trade foreign and domestic.
Including one for recreation use called Cannabis. I see hundreds of Canadian
licensed vehicles daily as tourists and purchasing taxed state produce. If

Activities like camping, climbing, forest walks, lake swimming, nature study, off-road bicycling, etc.
My county of residence is eligible for up to $124,200 in grants to get kids out of urban areas.
There is also funding for state park work grants to maintain and repair public use services.

I don't know. I kind of figure that taking care of ones children should be ones responsibility and that taking my money to pay for your kids seems just a bit unfair.
Of course I don't seem much in the way of personal responsibility from anyone recently.
