What is a good dog breed to get?

For somebody who has had dogs in the past. and who can give lots of time walking the dog. And spend lots of time looking after the dog and training.

Update:

I have been thinking about adopting a border collie. I have the space and time

Update 2:

Umm how about I live in the USA west. And I have a huge house and huge garden. And I am rich. The dog would get everything it needs. OH AND BY THE WAY I WOULD CARE ABOUT THE DOG!!! I WOULD WALK IT EVERYDAY! LOTS OF EXERCISE

French bulldogs and Boston terriers are the best breeds by far.

    You're rich? LOLOLOLOLOLOL.

If you're so "rich", then PAY for advice from professionals who deal with dog greenhorns.

But you're not rich. You're just a dumbass troll who still lives with mommy and daddy.

Basset hound, German Shepherd, Newfoundland and Czechoslovakian Wolfdog.

Personally I'd go with a basset.

I find it odd that an experienced person has to ask strangers what breed of dog to get.

There's a lot more involved than what you've posted.

Depends on if you can give the dog a job, and can you run with the dog to expel a lot of it s energy. Walking does not always cut it

That could literally be any dog.

Go to your local shelter. Visit with some dogs, and find one that seems to "click" for you

If you have the space, border collies are great.
