What is the statue of limitation on racketeering activity between federal government employees and private sector?

    Within five years of what?. Of exposing the crime? It could had being going on for decades? In some countrie the statue of limitation begins from the tome the crime is reported Rather than the time the crime was actually committed on the person.

    Racketeering Statute of Limitations. Title 18 of the United States Code, section 3282, provides that no person may be brought to trial, prosecuted or punished for any non-capital offense unless they are indicted or information is filed within five years.
