Is it okay to exercise moderately even if my heart rate goes up to 205 bpm?

I may have inappropriate sinus tachycardia so my heart rate goes up even with light activity. I have no other symptoms but high heart rate. Should I stay away from moderate exercise since my heart rate goes up?

Talk with a cardiologist or your doctor about this. We aren't heart experts and why should we give advice to someone with a potential heart problem?

Honestly, this is a question you should be asking a doctor who has a complete medical history with you. A heart rate that goes up to 205 bpm with mild exercise is an alarming occurrence. You should try yo find out exactly why your body reacts this way and see if there is a way to stop this before you cause harm to your heart.
