You are NOT going to study in France. You are suspected of visa fraud, intent to remain. Too late now to try to prove you are returning to your country of citizenship immediately upon completion or termination of full-time studies. Even if you are studying a field which is in high demand in your own country, it is highly unlikely you can convince visa authorities that you absolutely are returning to your own country. You needed to do that when you first applied.

Countries are really cracking down on student visa fraud - intent to remain. No more backdoor immigration or Scam-Migration. Since visa denial on the grounds of visa fraud is on your record, and most countries share such info, you are not getting any student visa for any EU-member country or any country they share info with (UK, US, Canada, and many, many more. You need to apply for admission to a university in your own country now.

Be able to prove that the reasons they're suspecting aren't accurate

    • #sha if you applied for a student visa without an offer letter, you would have been refused so yes, try again. Ignore ibu who knows absolutely nothing about the French visa system.
