I have a High Ded Med plan with HSA. My wife has a separate reg med plan (non HSA). Can i contribute my HSA to the family limit?

    No, but you can use your HSA to pay her copays, deductibles, etc... You have to have a qualified high deductible health plan in order to make contributions, but she does not.

    No. The family limit is only if both spouses have a high deductible plan. If either of them has a non-HSA plan, then you only the same limit as a single person.
