Is it possible to have a heart attack with a blood pressure of 112/73?

    112/73 is pretty well perfect, but there are many more symptoms.

    Yes, since there are other factors involved in heart attacks beyond just blood pressure. But you greatly reduce the odds of having a heart attack if you keep your pressure this low.
