No. Don't get mad at me, I didn't write the rules. But that's the rules, and everyone knows it.

The only vampires who don't go through the bite-initiation are Count Dracula and Lord Shaithis (from the Necroscope series), no other exceptions. Count Drack used his knowledge of the dark arts (just like the regular arts, only darker) to become a vampire, but he didn't write the procedure down because he never learned how to write (it wasn't important in those days), so the formula is lost forever. And Shaithis inhaled some dust from these slightly-magic mushrooms, and again that species has never been found since then.

Sorry, you'll just have to be bitten by a real vampire. And survive.

Vlad III could certainly write - his signature : Vladislavus Drakulya is available on several documents.

In all honesty vampires aren't real so that question isn't too relevant.

Within the vampire mythology of Easter Europe, yes. Count Dracula and some master vampires could bride a woman and turn her without biting her at all - assuming he didn't get killed before she turned - if he did, she wouldn't turn and the bride effect would fade out. Female master vampires could do the same with men. The mythology says nothing about a vampire making a bride/groom of someone of the same sex.

The only real vampires are the species of small bat.

The human-like kind exist only in stories.

    No-one 'becomes' a vampire.

Only someone really gullible and uneducated would think that that's possible!

No. Unless they inject it in you another way. Not in that way you idiot.
