If you were to eat extremely healthy but didn't exercise much like only 15 mins walking daily would you still gain fat?

    Depends on how much you eat. What you eat and exercise does not matter. Whether or not you are eating a calorie deficit, at maintenance or a surplus determines if you lose, maintain or gain weight.

    Weight loss is affected mostly by diet-the key is to take in less calories than you burn.

    Yes, you could. Fat is stored when you eat more calories than you burn. 15 minutes of walking burns very few calories. You can eat healthy food and still consume too many calories.

    There is still fat in most foods.

    A healthy diet also includes physical exercise.

    You should spend at least an hour or 2 a day walking, jogging, or running.

    as you age you would .. maybe not real young, all that 'tension' burns fat to ... mostly though at any age its the 'quantity' of pie you shove down your hole, not the quality ..
