Race and religion are directly correlated. Religion can be used as a pretext to attack people because of their race or colour. True or false?

For instance, Muslims tend to be black or brown.

Hindus tend to be brown more than any other colour.

The vast majority of Buddhists are Asiatic.

Therefore, religion itself can be used to target and kill people because of their race or skin colour:-

John 3:5 Jesus answered, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God."

Revelation 21:8 But the cowardly, UNBELIEVING, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake WHICH BURNS WITH FIRE AND BRIMSTONE, WHICH IS THE SECOND DEATH."

Therefore, religion itself can be used as a pretext to target and kill people because of their race or skin colour.

Do you agree or not?

Catholicism is the One True Faith. A person can know this with certainty, and can battle racism, by reciting the rosary each day with care.

Certainly. As an example, Hitler certainly used religion as a pretext to destroy the Jews and other non-Aryans. But it was ONLY a pretext as he was not doing God's will. Yes, I am sure that HIS judgment will be in the Lake of Fire. No heavenly glory for him!

Race and religion are not in any sense directly correlated. Religious bigotry and racial bigotry are similar, but are not the same at all. Remember that most of the truly ugly religious wars were between people of the same race but of different religious sects,

When religious leaders teach doctrines of man you are absolutely right! But when people are taught the truth of God's word and they follow that teaching, then what you stated cannot be further from the truth.

  • No,God is Judge and only God has the right to take life. Acts 10:34 says God is not partial, but in every nation the person who works righteousness is acceptable to him. That in every tribe and tongue and people and nation he will save people who exercise faith in Christ Jesus.
