How to get rid of or reverse negative thinking patterns or habits? due to emotional/mental trauma?

Easier said than done. Powerful prescription drugs such as opioids and antidepressants surely will do the trick, temporarily at least. Counseling tries to help, but usually doesn't. The best advice nowadays is wait and see, let time pass, keep on with counseling, especially anger management, and keep trying to forgive and control your thoughts and emotional outbursts. Time heals all wounds.
