    That makes no sense, unless you meant LOSS of coolant.

    Potential leak in cylinder head gasket or a leaking coolant pipe (possibly even the top-up overflow reservoir). Some modern cars have very complicated cooling circuits which are not easy to see.

    Tell us the brand, model and type, and the age and odometer reading of your vehicle, and also what climate you live in, then maybe someone can tell you exactly what is wrong.
