AVOID both, as both are inflammatories, I didn't know for along time either. Both as grain in the field are sprayed with glyposate/roundup, it causes all kinds issues from the inflammation, many don't know and refuse to believe as well.

That's you're choice. Both are carbs that require exercise to burn those calories consumed.

Oat meal is usually considered gluten free. It also has polyunsaturated fat for heart health. Although large amount of polyunsaturated may slightly reduce testosterone, the small amount in oatmeal wont make any difference. Same holds for salmon which also has some polyunsaturated fat.
