Native English speakers, could you please help me with these issues?
1. Is this paragraph clear:
"Maybe you should DESIGN a table BY COMPUTER, with 3 rows and 5 colums.
Each row should be FILLED IN with the name of the countries in perspective.
And each column should be filled in with the items IN ANALYSIS."

No - sorry, but it's not.
I'm not sure what you mean at all!
"Maybe you should compile a spreadsheet with 3 rows and 5 columns.
Each row should be completed with the name of the countries and each column should be completed with the items to be analysed."
But as I said, I'm not at all sure what you mean.

"in progress" is better than "in analysis".

It’s wanting you to design a spreadsheet, (“a table”), on the computer, (“by computer”) with 3 rows and 5 columns. The rows should have the names of the countries, and the columns should have the items that are being analyzed.
