Do you catch accents very quickly?

E.g. I have been spending a lot of time with spanish and italian english speakers, so I am catching their english accent? When I was in East London I'd catch their accent, in Suffolk, their accent and so on. It's very changeable.

Update:

Or like in Glasgow 10 years ago, I'd catch their accent, but my Scottish friend also said sometimes I sound Scottish, when I pronounce and not from elsewhere, but Scottish accent is more European/easier in my view, because it's nordic.

Update 2:

When I was younger again, Irish, but now Idk.

Update 3:

My brain is so messed up.

I've never travelled overseas, but I imagine that I would be the sort of person to pick up the accent within a few months, maybe even weeks.
