Can I use and old pianos strings for another piano that’s missing some?
I have a 1942-1947 Wurlitzer upright piano and it has a few broken strings and I have another Piano from 1952-1953 Cable upright piano that I got for free and all the strings are perfect and in tact can I use the strings on that one for my Wurlitzer piano or will I have to buy the missing strings brand new?

Not the best idea. Get new strings. Best would be ALL be strings - but the rest of the piano might need work before you invest in it. This is hamfisted, doing it as you say.

If you want an even tone you should use strings that are the same. You might be better off completely swapping out the wurlitzer strings for the cable ones, but to be honest I can't see you getting a particularly good result from strings that may well be 67 years old.
Also if the pianos are different sizes or are strung in a different way the strings from one may not be usable on a different instrument.
